Cooking Chef teacher

He was born in 1988. After having attended a catering institute in Catania, he decided to deepen her passion for cooking, having different experience both in Italy and abroad, where he learnt cooking techniques and he developed his own way of cooking. At the age of 26 he went back to Sicily and decided to open his own km 0 restaurant with his brother. It was a new starting point in the place where their grandfather worked metal.

A new challenge will be the next opening of the restaurant named Il Pontile, in Brucoli. His cuisine  is characterized by passion, humility, innovation and respect for the territory. 

He works quality raw materials with a personal style, simple but not predictable and he knows how to mix them in a different and original way.

He started to work in Myda cooking school for the open day in 2018 and he is going to be one of the Masters of the next edition of professional training course for chef.
