BASIC COURSE OF AMATEUR COOKING
The basic course amateur cooking of Myda is essential to understand the basis of cooking, to know the procedures and techniques used.
The course is mainly practical and thought for people that want to improve their cooking skills or put the basis for a professional path.
Participants are followed by chef teachers during all the steps of the preparation of both Italian and regional dishes.
There is also the possibility to attend a course of studies in food- wine or food-beer.
Classes are held once a week.
The Basic course is held in Catania.
