The training course for Chef, at its XII edition, is perfect to have the basis of classic cooking and the techniques of modern cooking, that is constantly evolving.
The course is thought for people who want to start to work in restaurants or similar, reaching a high professional level
The course is structured for a limited number of people: from a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 12. The program is structured as to reach the goals of the course.
The lessons, both theoretical and practical, are held in our equiped lads, by professional teacher that has been selected accurately among the best ones in the sector.
The course is for Italian and foreign people, for whom it is held in English.
During the course, the students will have the possibility to have a “training on the job” thanks to our partners.
The total hours of the course is 700 and are made both by lessons and stage.
