Michele Garnuzzo and his sister Sofia are the inventors and owner of Black Sheep in Trento.
It is the first workplace in Europe for high quality pastry, suitable for everyone and innovative (bio-vegan-raw), thought for high quality hotels. There is something similar only in Australia.
The choice of bio, vegan and raw products is dictated by natural medicine studies of Michele and the love for earth, animals, humans and himself. The continuous search for different high-quality raw materials allows them to cook excellent pastries, under a nutritional and sensorial point of view.
He shares his knowledge through various courses in Italy and in Bermuda where he is carrying out an interesting project.
He started to collaborate with Myda cooking school one year ago and you can find his courses in our schedule for the next year.
